Hi, I’m Rachel, a creative operations specialist with 20 years of agency experience. I have contributed to award-winning campaigns and rebrands as a Studio Manager, Art Director, Designer, Photographer, Brand Manager, Retoucher and Production Specialist, with 15 of those years spent successfully managing multidisciplinary teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments.

My successes, beyond the day-to-day of managing an efficient creative studio, span a wide array of agency process & operations implementations and improvements, as well as regularly determining creative solutions to complex production problems, with perfection always being the end goal.

Of all the skills in my repertoire — strong design sense, a firm understanding of how to successfully manage a robust team, and ability to find gaps and inefficiencies in agency process and provide actionable solutions — what I’m most proud of is my ability to collaborate with team members across all facets of a business to navigate any creative or operational challenge.
